It's a great day today.. I'm alive.. feeling well.  No complaints.

Now that doesn't happen often all in one breath..  but today it is for sure.  It's a brisk day outside, the sun has been shining.. but the temperature is only 43* at the moment- better than the 15* of this morning when I got up.
