Last evening JJ brought us about 2 bushels of tomatoes.. oh, so beautiful! Today she came back and the two of us set to canning them.. at least most of them. We finished after about 4 hours of steady work.. 16 quarts of stewed tomatoes and 17 quarts of juice.
While we worked, I decided to make a pot of coffee.. our coffee maker takes nearly 40 annoying minutes to drip.. Oh, for evermore! I have decided we need a new one.
