Since a month ago Wendell is officially down 8#... however, I feel that is incorrect if you consider the fact that he still has a goodly amount of swelling in his feet.
Even so , he's down 8 # for sure.

He's sticking to the ADA diet.. and making some mistakes, but overall, good choices.
Me too... on both counts.

My stats? Peak flows are in upper caution range and into the controlled range most every check.
I was outdoors quite a bit today and did well.. no allergy problems. AMEN.
I'd say I'm holding my own.
