Paul has a unique grill.. the firepit is filled with wood.. He lights the fire and burns it down to coals, then slips the grill he's designed over the firepit. It's adjustable in height. It has an arm that will hold a dutch oven too... Really great! Tonite, we were served hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, and then corn on the cob grilled to perfection on the hot coals. The first round was a tad singed, but still heavenly and sweet. The coals burned down some more, and then the corn cooked just right.
He also prepared for us, a delicious vegetable medley of green and yellow zuccchini with potatoes wrapped in foil and grilled atop the pit along side the hot dogs and burgers... It was magnificent!
