Daylight Savings Time
One of the fascinating things about living in the US is that we practice something called "Daylight Savings Time". Ben Franklin was the one who thought it would be nice to enjoy a few more hours of daylight in the evening, so.. we all set our clocks an hour forward in March every year. This would be the weekend for that quirky little habit. It's great, but one loses an hour of sleep when this begins. If your schedule is tight, it can cause some difficulty.. but never fear, as in the fall, we "fall back" and gain back the hour of sleep, just as we "spring forward" every March.
