Even nurses don't smile 100% of the time.. but in my case, it's not because of my work, but because yesterday I cleaned 1/2" of snow from my car before going out.. and this morning it's 26 degrees and my car looks like a frozen popsicle.. so... the frown.

Today promises to be nearly 60*... life is good. Today is also office day and my load is heavy. Pray for us, please.. for no events and for me.. to endure well and without error.

This nurse needs to get moving.. the day is about to break.. I can almost see the sun come up right now..
