Good morning bloggers. What a beautiful day it is today.. Sun shining and the temperature
is perfect! I'm gainfully employed and pleased to be able to work.

Wendy has been filling us all in on what is happening in her area with the flooding. A dear lady friend has lost everything she had.. she has no home to call her own, and will have to start from scratch again to be able to live. Wendy reports that they were able to salvage one small table and a couple chairs. She needs clothes.
JJ has begun to collect items/money for her, and will either send them via mail or if she gets a lot of bulky donations, will take them out in her car possibly next week.. the 15th. She won't be taking furniture, but mostly things she can fit in her car.. but who knows? If need be, she says she'll rent a UHaul. We'll see. In the mean time, pray for all those who lost everything. There are many. Wendy's neighbors sustained severe damage as did her church; but Wendy's home was spared. Amazing Grace! We will be passing this information on to everyone we can. Contact me or JJ if you have something you can spare for someone in real need.
If nothing else, pray that donations will come and God's rich blessing will be evident.
