WOW! Spring arrived with a bang yesterday.. over 63 degrees ! The 8" of snow we had just the day before is now a measly 2" roughly or less. This morning it's raining lightly, and mud is in the future. No complaints here.. anything is better than snow/ice.
I found these little frogs below. I'm hoping they will hop when I'm done posting.. they are singing "We're singing in the rain".. cute.
Wendell is having more GI problems. It drags him down.. pray for him if you would, and for his health. Uncle Bob has checked back into the rehab to learn to walk on his 2 new legs. Remember him also. His spirits are high and he has a positive attitude. Pray this will be successful without any sores from the prostheses.
Remember Nicki this week as she begins new therapy..
And Dave too with his new chemo
Pray for Mac who has had major surgery and is recuperating.. it may be a while before he is released from the hospital.
For Barb who is recuperating from a stroke and doing well.. progress seems like it's at a snail's pace by times, but the movement is positive and forward.. pray for complete healing.
And for Sandi with GI problems.. pray for medication that will work effectively and permit her to return to a normal life.
Remember Nancy's hubby Don who has some heart problems..
And for Shirley who will likely need a nursing facility
For the father of one of Sandi's friends who has lung cancer.. and is doing poorly
Aunt MaryJane remains in the nursing facility.. it has to be so hard to be away from home for so long.
For the doctors, rehab, and nursing staffs that care for these folks.. pray God's hand on them that they will be effective.
For myself, I thank the Lord for spring.. (of course), for healing shoulders, for Amy's healing leg, for our 9 beautiful healthy grandchildren, for the freedom to worship the Lord without fear, for my siblings .. for a warm and comfortable home. And for our 4 children and their spouses whom we love so dearly.
