THE FRONT YARD

I took a little walk today with the camera.. glad I did.. here's something you don't see EVERY day..
It's a hornet's nest in the little tree in the front yard. Look closely, it's in the center of the photo.

So I stood under the nest and zoomed in.. oh, wow.. you can see the little critters moving around on the nest.

On to the garden.. doesn't this look like a postcard?

and a couple more beauties. I believe all the sunflowers are volunteers this year.
