Blind woman has sight..insight

I appreciated this letter from a blind Mrs. Hayes.. her sight is clear according to this :

Last night as Mr Obama spoke of asking Americans to be accountable by conserving energy and being more responsible I wondered.
Would the lights be turned off and the heat turned down in the private quarters of the White House?
Would his children go without anything?

As he spoke of the money we have spent in Iraq which we know saved a country from the tyranny of a ruthless dictator and insurgent terrorists who tried to fill the vacuum and how it could have been spent on our economy I wondered.
How many homes could have been saved just from the money he has spent on his campaign.

When Joe Biden said Obama will be tested within six months by a crisis to see what he's made of and that he has a spine made of steel I asked myself.
Where was that spine of steel when he sat in Reverend Wrights church for 20 years listening to the hatred of our country and never once stood up and said "I will not listen to or have my children hear this hatred from the pulpit"?

Mr Obama speaks of sitting at Khalidi's kitchen table having many discussions as Khalidi's wife Mona cooked for them.
They babysat the Obama children so they were not just someone in his neighborhood.
He worked on boards with Bill Ayers.
He thought of Reverend Wright as an uncle.
Frank Davis was a close friend of his Grandparents and of his as a young man.
Tony Rezco backed him in his political career.
The more time we spend around someone the more they influence our thinking and shape our ideology.
That leads me to question how much Bill Ayers,Reverend Wright Rashid Khalidi,Tony Rezco and even Louis Ferricon and Frank Davis must have influenced him.
The final analysis is that he had no patriotic Americans as his friends but rather socialist Communist terrorist connected and criminal friends.
Those ideologies are the ones he would bring to the White House.

My husband proudly serves this country as a member of the U.S. Air Force.
I am the leader of a military wives support group.
We support John McCain because he represents the patriotism that made this country great.
He will not bring socialism, communism, or terrorism into the White House.
The ethics of hard work paying off instead of costing more will endure.
