It's been an interesting afternoon. Around 2pm it got very dark here with storm clouds overhead. I went outside to sit down and decided to clean the porch off and the walkway..and the flower bed. As I worked Wendell related to me that the squirrels were at it again. 2 of them this time vs 1 cat on the prowl. One of these days, that cat is going to have squirrel for dinner.
But between the two of them, they ran like lightening up the tree where no cat , 9 lives or not, would dare to tread.. it's a long long long way down to the ground if he lost his footing.
So the squirrels have lived to face another day.
