Today we spent all afternoon and evening with theVulhops. They treated us to an afternoon of visiting the museum at Soldiers and Sailors Hall in Pittsburgh, to supper, and then to a concert in the evening. We really enjoyed the Raleigh Ringers. Thanks Keith and JJ !!

Tonite, there is freezing rain.. it came down pretty hard here on our way home. We had no difficulty, but the salt trucks are out keeping the highways safe for travelers. I am so glad they were- our car was coated with a layer of ice. When we got to the front porch, we have about 1/2" of ice on it.. we had to be super careful getting in the house.
I don't know if enough of it will be gone in the morning for us to go to church.. All we need is for one of us to slip on the porch, walkway..etc.. Hopefully it'll be melted off.
I'm heading for bed.. it's late and I've had quite the day!
