1800 CAL ADA- HIDDEN BONUS INSIDE
You know, there is a hidden bonus in all this diet stuff for Wendell. He got on the scales late today after we ate lunch {{{cringe}}} .. he lost 2 more pounds! Amazing. That's a total of 8 pounds for him. AND........ I got on the scales just for fun and I've lost 6# total since we started this program! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!

I think for the first time in his life, Wendell is 'into' this diet thing. He carefully saves his 1 1/2 milk exchanges every day for a treat at bedtime- frozen yogurt topped with fresh fruits.. yummy.
When I asked the dietitian if we were overdoing it on the yogurt thing, she said "not at all- if you have the exchanges, use them however you like."..... so we are!
Sounds good to me...good job guys!
