This past week, the weather prognosticator (AKA weather prevaricator) led us to believe we would have up to 8" of the white stuff. As you can see, and much to my delight, we only got about an inch. I took this photo yesterday. Well, technically, the weatherman was right ..UP to 8".. but we didn't get very much. The driveway will be melted off by this afternoon and we'll have slop. We are to reach 48 degrees today and Monday and Tuesday 53!! WooHoo !!
Our front door has a wreath..thanks JJ and Keith. It's very large and very beautiful and live. It'll last till spring as usual.. I'm sure.
This is the scene in the living room where 'Santa' Mandy is doing her traditional thing.. making stockings for the kids.. there is still one without a name.. We await her arrival.. and then Mandy will paint her's also.
