WINTER

It's been quite the day. We got up early and made the trip to the OP Surgical Center for Wendell's procedure.
JJ came to escort him home since I still had a half day scheduled in the office. They took him back to the surgery about 11:30 as planned.
I got a call from JJ when he was finally discharged recovered.. they were on their way to have lunch. She said everything went well, they found nothing to cause all the diarrhea for a month, but a small amount of diverticulitis and a polyp which was biopsied and sent for pathologic exam. The doctor said it didn't look cancerous.

When I left for the office across Butler.. I ran into a major snow squall. Couldn't see but about 10' in front of my car, total white-out.. and the snow was coming down so hard my windshield wipers were hard pressed to keep up with the continuous downpour. Couldn't see the sides of the road..but was aware they felt a bit slippery under my tires. When I finally reached downtown Butler, the streets were a little snowy and a whole lot wet..and a gusty breeze made it about as miserable as you can imagine.
(what would you expect from someone who just doesn't like winter or snow???)

I'm headng to bed early tonite.. I'm really tired and very crabby from the day.. Looking to a brighter tomorrow!
G'nite all........
